A chalked dining set taken back to bare metal and re-coated in a satin finish — a genuine refinish rather than a spray-paint touch-up.

Furniture & condition

Wrought aluminum dining table and four chairs

The original finish had chalked and flaked, with surface oxidation across the table apron and chair legs where sprinklers hit the set daily.

Work performed

• ✓Full disassembly and hardware removal
• ✓Old finish stripped and surfaces media-blasted to bare metal
• ✓Oxidation treated and surfaces chemically prepped
• ✓Powder applied electrostatically and oven-cured, then reassembled

• Satin outdoor-grade polyester powder coat
• New assembly hardware
